Join instructor Linda Leung as we strengthen and lengthen the whole body. We’ll strengthen with body weight (or your supplied hand weights) and lengthen with yoga-inspired poses and flows. We'll warm the body with yoga-inspired flows before moving into 20 minutes of strength exercises suited to your workout goals. We'll end the class with 20 minutes of yoga-inspired poses and flows. This class is suitable for all levels. Linda will provide modifications, whether you're a beginner or advanced.
