How to prepare home-made Chinese Dumplings Do you love eating Chinese dumplings at your favorite restaurant? Why not learn how to make them yourself? Then you can eat them at home with your family and save a trip to the restaurant. We will be making dumpling skins from scratch (no store-bought mass produced dumplings for us!). We will do it in a fresh way. You will learn how to prepare the dough from flour and water and then knead it to make the skins. We will then roll out the skins and prepare the filling. The most important part is learning how to wrap the skins around the filling. (Don’t worry. It is super easy.) And we’ll show you at least three ways to wrap them. Beginner friendly: No previous experience required. What you will get: A fresh and homemade dumpling lunch. What to bring: Just yourself! ($5 materials fee payable in advance) Just have fun! Class will be held on Thursday, April 20 from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm.
