Baking 101

Does your child fancy themselves a budding pastry chef? Let's get them started on the right path learning the fundamentals of baking. During our four days, students will learn how to read a recipe, mise en place, all about ingredients, how to work with chocolate, basic knife skills, pie crusts, cake batter, buttercream, cookies, piping and other decorating techniques.
