Global Snacking Baking Camp

In this session, we'll travel around the world making snacks your kids can whip up for themselves or the entire family! Students will learn fundamentals of cooking including how to read a recipe, mise en place, all about ingredients, knife skills, proper seasoning, measuring, dough preparation, use of care and equipment and keeping a clean and safe workspace.
