  This all-levels yoga class will begin with gentle, fluid movements to release tension and warm the body. It will then move into holding seated and standing yoga postures to build strength, flexibility, and improve balance. • Circuit Training
  Boost your strength, stamina, and overall fitness in this energizing full-body workout! Circuit Training combines short bursts of cardio, strength, balance, and core exercises arranged in timed stations. Participants rotate through each station at their own pace, making this class adaptable for all fitness levels. Expect a mix of bodyweight movements, resistance bands, light dumbbells, and functional exercises designed to improve everyday strength and endurance.   Improve mobility, reduce muscle tension, and feel your best in this restorative flexibility and foam rolling class. Designed for all fitness levels, this session combines guided stretching with self-myofascial release techniques and uses foam rollers to help ease tight muscles, increase range of motion, and support recovery. Participants will learn proper rolling techniques to target major muscle groups safely and effectively.   As AI weaves itself into our digital lives, understanding how to interact with it safely and effectively will become essential new learning. The 4 part course covers AI from both a humanities perspective (origins in myth and sci-fi to current day generative AI), but also from a working perspective, with actionable techniques to employ AI in your own projects. We will read and discuss selections of literature that depict AI. We will interact with modern chatbot AIs like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini; and practice using AI to enhance your thinking rather than thinking for you. (more information...)

  Learn the traditional Asian and American styles of Mahjong in a casual, relaxed setting, Mahjong is a tile game of skill and chance, it the rummy family, and is typically played with four people.   Foundation Qigong & Beginner Tai Chi Form Tai chi is often described as "meditation in motion". There is growing evidence that this mind-body practice, which originated in China as an inner martial art practice, has value in treating or preventing many health challenges. Qigong, translated as "breath work" or "energy work," this consists of a few minutes of gentle breathing sometimes combined with movement. Qi which is the energy inside and around you. Perfect for beginners, older adults, or anyone looking for a safe and accessible exercise option. • Square Dancing
  Do you remember the joy of music, laughter, and moving together in time? Square dancing is back—and it’s bringing fun, friendship, and fitness with it! We’re starting a beginning square dance club, and no experience is needed at all. If you’ve never danced a step, this is your perfect chance to start. If you’re an experienced dancer or caller, we’d love to have you join us too! Square dancing is one of those wonderful old traditions that never really went away—it’s just found a new generation of fans. Across the country, people are rediscovering how joyful, social, and surprisingly good for you this activity can be. And the best part? It’s free for all seniors age 55 and over. Why is square dancing so great for seniors? It keeps you moving in a fun, low-impact way that improves balance and coordination. It keeps your mind sharp as you listen to calls and remember steps. It builds community—you’ll meet new friends, laugh often, and never dance alone. And most importantly, it’s pure fun, set to music that makes you want to smile. You don’t need a partner, special clothes, or fancy shoes—just bring your enthusiasm and a willingness to try something new. Come for the dancing, stay for the laughter, and leave with new friends.
