Math Trek

Noetic Math Competition is widely considered to be one of the best math competitions for elementary school students. Our Noetic Math class is a one hour long class sectioned by: 1) Individual work time, 2) Group Discussion time, 3) Instructor guided lectures on problems, and concepts. Weekly homework problem sets are given at the end of class. Our guiding principle is to train students to think mathematically, and creatively on problems given from the Noetic Math competition. Our class is a problem solving, critical thinking class that provides students a stress free environment, where constructive discussion is fostered, and enforced. Students will leave the class with more confidence in their critical thinking skills, and appreciate the beauty of mathematics.
