Join us this Summer for a full day of fun. Your child’s day will be split between Little Medical School® in the morning and Little Vet school in the afternoon. Little Medical School® was designed and developed by a team of board certified physicians aspired to teach elementary children about the exciting field of medicine. Little Medical School® brings medicine, science, and the importance of health to children in an entertaining, exciting, and fun way! Children have fun as they dress up like doctors, learn how to use instruments doctors use, and understand how the body works. Students will explore how the body works and the brain thinks. They will partake in the delight of hearing a real heartbeat, and practice tying knots like a surgeon! In addition, each child will receive their own stethoscope, lab coat, and will be given the opportunity to make a model of the brain. In Little Veterinarian School, children learn to make important measurements on their very own stuffed animal puppy. Students will learn how much water their dogs need in a day. They will also learn how to: remove ticks using the proper techniques, learn the importance of vaccines, and much more. Students are required to bring lunch and snacks as needed throughout the day.
