Camperoo Gamer Studio

Master Minecraft using tools like Redstone, Command Blocks, WorldEdit, Texture Packs, Mods, Servers and more! Learn the skills to shape Minecraft like the server admins, map makers, and You-tubers that make the Minecraft into the thriving universe that it is. Leave with your own Minecraft mini-game or adventure map to share with your friends and family. Present your final project with Camperoo in an SF Bay Area wide showcase event in March. This class includes a FREE Supervised lunch by HRC staff after school from 12:20-1:00pm. $30 lab fee paid to instructor.

Designed especially for students in Grades K–8, this program invites young musicians to explore basic drumming techniques and rhythmic patterns in an unconventional, fun-filled setting. In this class, participants will learn to harness the power of sound by experimenting with different striking techniques, dynamic volumes, and creative beat patterns.   Bring your game ideas to life in Roblox! We'll guide you through the lifecycle of game development; you'll sketch out an idea, design your game, and complete a finished product! You'll use the Lua programming language to create in Roblox's 3D studio while mastering real-world programming concepts. Whether you're completely new to coding or a designmaster, Roblox's game design engine offers some incredibly fun challenges. We offer a unique and collaborative approach to programming and game design that will allow kids to develop their creativity while fostering an interest in practical skills.
